Chairman and CEO

• Mr. Huet is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. Mr. Huet served as the Executive Chairman from February 25, 2019 until July 18, 2019, when he was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
• Previously, Mr. Huet was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Klondex Mines from 2012 - 2018, until its acquisition by Hecla Mining Company. He currently serves as a Director of 1911 Gold.
•  Mr. Huet has a strong command of capital markets and has served in all levels of engineering and operations of Mining. Mr. Huet graduated with Honors from the Mining Engineering Technology program at Haileybury School of Mines in Ontario, and successfully completed the Stanford Executive program at the Stanford School of business. In 2013 Mr. Huet was nominated for the Premiers Award in Ontario for outstanding College graduates; he is currently a member of OACETT as an applied Science Technologist and an Accredited Director.

Managing Director, Australia

• Joined Karora team in March 2023, bringing over 30 years of mining industry experience including executive management and operation roles
• Demonstrated success in the gold and nickel mining spaces in Western Australia
• Has served as a Director on several public company Boards in the mining and financial sectors in Australia and Canada

Chief Financial Officer

• Experienced CFO in the mining sector with +20 years at TSX and ASX listed companies
• Strong background in financial management of resource companies from feasibility, through to financing, development and operation
• Previously was CFO of Dacian Gold Limited

Executive Vice President, Corporate Development

• Over 10 years' experience in mining industry
• Formerly Senior Vice President of Precious Metals Equity Research at GMP Securities for seven years following experience in industry as a mining engineer with Wardrop Engineering
• Holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University and is a CFA® charterholder

Senior Vice President, Technical Services

• Mining professional with over 30 years of experience in senior technical and management roles
• Previously served as interim CEO and COO of Silver Elephant Mining Corp. and COO of Klondex Mines Limited

Senior Advisor, Legal & Strategic Matters

• 20 years’ experience as a business lawyer and in private equity, specializing in M&A, capital raising / structuring and other strategic transactions
• Former Partner in Business Law Group (M&A) at Osler, a leading Canadian corporate law firm
